📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lifestyle & Hospitality division, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the division.,Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion within the team.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the division's goals align with the company's overall objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to drive the division's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, hospitality management, or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as property management systems and revenue management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
