H-Ostel Kuta Bali is looking for a dedicated HR Officer Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance procedures,Administer payroll and benefits,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Manage HR documentation and reporting,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
