📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build a loyal customer base.
• Coordinate with engineers and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, and provide regular progress reports to the management.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Provide professional training and mentorship to junior sales staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing sales projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Certification in HVAC sales and project management is a plus.
