PRISM Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience to develop their skills in a growing and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the accounting team in the processing of invoices and payments.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and reports for management.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
