In this role, you will be responsible for leading our tax operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize our tax liabilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize our tax liabilities and optimize our tax positions.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company, including corporate, personal, and payroll taxes.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency.,Maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors, accountants, and auditors to provide expert guidance and support.,Provide tax-related training and support to the finance team and other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the tax department is aware of and compliant with these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, personal, and payroll taxes.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax risks and opportunities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
