📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise the salon staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the salon is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that the salon's goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end salon or spa is a plus.,Certification in salon management or a related field is a plus.
