📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and achieving monthly sales targets.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Assisting in store maintenance and cleanliness.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
