📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in planning and delivering lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Prepare and grade assignments and exams.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Collaborate with tutors and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and participating in parent-teacher meetings.,Support tutors in developing and implementing educational programs.,Ensure compliance with all school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
