📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of store promotions and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
