📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Inspect vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high standards of work.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles.,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
