📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the assigned outlet.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.,Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of customer service and sales principles.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
