📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage and update social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in the organization of marketing events and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, emails, and other tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the food, beverage, health, and beauty industries is a plus.
