Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate the work of department heads and staff to ensure that goals and objectives are met.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of departments and staff to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.,Lead and mentor staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and manage budgets and financial resources to ensure that the hospital operates within its financial constraints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology.
