📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
