PT Widya Akasia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading our shipping operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls, cargo operations, and crew management.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics.,Participate in emergency response drills and ensure the crew is prepared for any potential emergencies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vessel operations and crew activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the shipping industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MMC) or equivalent certification.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.,Familiarity with international maritime regulations and standards.,Experience with remote work and the ability to manage operations independently.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
