📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes,Oversee inventory management and procurement activities,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations,Implement and maintain quality control measures,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field,Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
