Indonesia Power is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent is hired.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
