📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement long-term and short-term mine plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support mine development decisions.,Monitor and analyze mine production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with engineering, geology, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of mine plans.,Develop and maintain mine schedules and production forecasts.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient mining operations.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mine planning.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mine planning, with a strong background in long-term and short-term planning.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective mine plans.,Strong knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Datamine, Whittle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote mine sites.🛠️ Keahlian
