📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.,Maintain and update shipping records, including tracking numbers and delivery statuses.,Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.,Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.,Assist in the organization of office supplies and equipment.,Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.,Provide general administrative support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
