📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the quality and usability of technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and best practices,Prepare and deliver technical training sessions to our internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
