Whether it's designing eye-catching posters, crafting engaging social media graphics, or producing high-quality videos, your creativity and technical skills will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphic designs for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website banners.
• Develop and edit high-quality videos for our marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Ensure all visual content is optimized for various platforms and devices, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our creative output.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, working closely with our team to capture compelling visuals.
• Provide creative input and feedback on marketing materials to ensure they effectively communicate our brand message.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our visual content, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative and engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing and branding is a plus.
