📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations and guest services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure adequate supplies.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive the success and growth of Avenue Padel Canggu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
