📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive, verify, and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy using SAP and our order management system.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and complete.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to arrange and track shipments.
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all order transactions and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar order management systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
