Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and execute the pricing and packaging strategy for Elastic's products.
Manage the pricing and packaging team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that pricing and packaging decisions are aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure that Elastic's offerings are competitive and profitable.
Develop and maintain pricing and packaging policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on pricing and packaging performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing and packaging.
Represent Elastic at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in pricing and packaging, with a focus on software or technology products.
Strong understanding of pricing models and strategies, including cost-based, value-based, and competitive-based pricing.
Experience with pricing and packaging software tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
