• Monitor and analyze real-time GPS data to track vehicle locations and performance.
• Utilize Geotab and Fleet Complete to generate reports on fuel consumption, driver behavior, and route efficiency.
• Implement strategies to optimize fleet routes and reduce operational costs.
• Provide actionable insights to fleet managers and logistics planners.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistical challenges and improve service quality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GPS tracking technology and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor junior team members on the use of GPS monitoring systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in GPS haulage monitoring or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Geotab and Fleet Complete or similar GPS monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
