Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and execute the pricing and packaging strategy for Elastic's products.
• Manage the pricing and packaging team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that pricing and packaging decisions are aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure that Elastic's offerings are competitive and profitable.
• Develop and maintain pricing and packaging policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on pricing and packaging performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing and packaging.
• Represent Elastic at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing and packaging, with a focus on software or technology products.
• Strong understanding of pricing models and strategies, including cost-based, value-based, and competitive-based pricing.
• Experience with pricing and packaging software tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
