📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising a team of 5-7 packing operators, ensuring smooth daily operations
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues
Train and mentor team members on proper packing techniques and safety protocols
Monitor and report on production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing processes and productivity
Assist in developing and implementing team performance metrics and KPIs
Contribute to the development of the Fast-Track Leadership Program by providing insights and feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Basic understanding of quality control principles and standards
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and ability to work in remote areas
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required
