📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and analyze cost data to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement cost management strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Utilize advanced tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Monitor and track budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and financial management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
• Certification in cost accounting or financial analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
