Daily, you will analyze students' academic profiles, research suitable programs and institutions, and provide personalized recommendations. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders, including schools, universities, and educational consultancies, to ensure a seamless transition for students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze students' academic profiles and career goals to identify suitable educational programs and institutions.
• Research and recommend academic programs and institutions that align with students' career aspirations.
• Provide personalized counseling and guidance to students and parents throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Coordinate with schools, universities, and educational consultancies to ensure a smooth transition for students.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting application materials, including essays, recommendations, and test scores.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education industry to provide informed advice to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student consultations and progress.
• Collaborate with the Bintang Pelajar team to develop and implement new educational solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic counseling or education advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and international academic programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as PowerSchool, Naviance, or similar platforms.
• Certification in academic counseling or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
