📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the integration and optimization of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other critical business applications.
Lead vendor collaborations and manage IT contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring operational excellence and business continuity.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data security and privacy.
Monitor IT performance metrics and report on key indicators to senior management.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and develop solutions that enhance business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in enterprise system integration and infrastructure leadership.
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide a team.
Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other relevant software.
Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
