As a Field Sales Representative, you will be visiting retail outlets and supermarkets daily to promote our products and build strong customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and call on retail outlets and supermarkets to promote and sell our consumer products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect and submit accurate sales reports using SAP.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
